  • Change/cancel your order

    Should you change your mind we will make every endeavour to cancel or make changes to your order, if has not already been despatched. If your order has already been despatched please follow our standard returns procedure, the instructions will be contained within the parcel.


    How can I cancel my order?


    Simply call our Customer Services Team on 0845 605 1234* (UK only) or on +44 (0)20 8479 5100. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm (closed Saturday & Sunday) or return your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel your order.

  • Place your order

    To place an order with Harrods.com simply select the items you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping basket.  Once you have finished shopping simply click on the shopping basket icon at the top of the screen and then proceed through your preferred checkout method, following the step-by-step instructions as you go.


  • Acknowledgement

    Once you place an order with Harrods.com we will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received your order.


  • Track your order

    The status of your order can be tracked online by checking the individual details of each order within the order history section of the site. These details can be found in the My account section of the site or by logging in to your Harrods account and clicking the link below.
