  We deliver the majority of our online and catalogue items; however exclusions include perfume, alcohol, electrical, crackers, items containing wood and items of a perishable nature. There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export.
  
  In addition to the above exclusions we are currently unable to send Hampers, Gift Boxes or food items to Australia and New Zealand, due to local Customs restrictions and charges.

• Delivery Charges
  
  Delivery charges are calculated on the volumetric weight of the item once it is packaged for export. You will be informed of the delivery cost once you enter a non-UK delivery address before your order is processed.
  
  
  Returns
  
  Return of any items delivered internationally will be subject to Harrods standard terms and conditions for online purchases.

• Prices & Currency

  All prices on harrods.com and in our catalogues are in pounds sterling and include VAT, at the applicable UK rate. The cost of the item purchased minus VAT will be displayed for items being exported/delivered outside the European Union.

• Payment

  When paying for items on harrods.com or through our catalogue, payment will be debited from your card in pounds sterling. The cost of delivery will be displayed when an international delivery address is entered before the transaction is complete.
  
  The VAT will be deducted before the transaction is complete, for all orders being exported/delivered outside the European Union.

• Custom, duties and VAT

  VAT will be deducted, at the applicable UK rate for items exported to countries outside the European Union. UK VAT rates currently range from 0-15% depending on the product.
  
  All items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so recipients outside of the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Harrods cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
  
  Harrods can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.
