Q. Where is my order?

A. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been completed. The progress of your order can be tracked by logging into your account and selecting view order history.

 

Q. How do I Pay?

A. You will be asked to fill in your address and payment details when you progress to the checkout stage. Harrods accept the following payment methods online, Mastercard, Maestro UK, Maestro International, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

 

Q. Can I use my Harrods Reward card?

A. Providing your card is registered to your online account, you will be able to earn Harrods Rewards points online. Register your card to ensure you accumulate points when shopping online. Enrol for a Harrods Rewards Card now to start earning points. Unfortunately you are unable to spend points online at the moment.

 

Q. What if I have problems logging into my account?

A. Should you have any problem with your password or accessing your account, please contact our customer service team on 0870 732 1234 within UK or +44 208 479 5100 outside of UK (9am to 10pm Monday to Friday Closed Sunday. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).

 

Q. Can I change an order?

A. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes you wish to make prior to the dispatch of your order. You can cancel your order within seven days of delivery by calling our customer service team on 0870 732 1234 within UK or +44 208 479 5100 outside of UK (9am to 10pm Monday to Friday Closed Sunday. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Alternatively, return your order conformation email, stating your intention to cancel.

 

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Harrods currently only offer a single, standard 7-10 day delivery option. However, certain large items may be dispatched directly from the vendor and as such may incur greater costs and longer delivery times.

 

Q. What are the delivery charges on multiple orders?

A. The standard delivery charge will apply to your entire order going to one address. If more than one delivery address is required, the standard delivery charge will apply per address.

 

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. Harrods offer a worldwide delivery service. Certain items are not available for export or may have restrictions on the destinations they can be exported to. Harrods also deliver to British Forces Post Offices.

 

Q. How can I reclaim VAT?

A. If you are eligible for a VAT refund or require a VAT receipt please contact our customer service team on 0870 732 1234 within UK or +44 208 479 5100 outside of UK (9am to 10pm Monday to Friday Closed Sunday. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). VAT for items purchased outside the European Union will automatically be deducted on purchase.

 

Q. What time of day do you deliver?

A. Delivery will be made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If you are not in when we try to deliver, the courier will leave a card with clear instructions on how to re-arrange delivery to a suitable time.

 

Q. What if my items arrive damaged?

A. If your order arrives damaged, please report the matter immediately to Harrods customer services on 0870 732 1234 within UK or +44 208 479 5100 outside of UK (9am to 10pm Monday to Friday Closed Sunday. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).

 

Q. How do I return an item?

A. All standard delivery items should be returned by post by following the instructions on the returns form. You will receive a refund within two weeks of us receiving the returned item.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to take returns in store for online purchases.

 

Q. Do you have the full in store range online?

A. Although our extensive product range is continually expanding online, we do not offer all the same products as our Harrods store. If what you are looking for is not online, please visit us or contact us directly and ask for the relevant department who may be able to assist you.

 

Q. How is Harrods online shopping secure?

A. We use software to provide high level SSL encryption technology. There are two simple ways to know if a page on our website is secure; firstly a small padlock sign will apear in the bottom bar of your browser and secondly, the ‘http’ will be replaced with ‘https’ at the front of Harrods.com in the browser address window.
