International singing and television star Dannii Minogue magically transforms Harrods into The Emerald City

This Christmas Harrods is joining Warner Brothers to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the iconic film, The Wizard of Oz. To mark the event, all of Harrods 11,500 white lightbulbs have turned into a glittering green, creating our very own Emerald Palace in Knightsbridge.
The magic took place at 5pm on Thursday 29th October when VIP Dannii Minogue joined The Harrods Chairman, Mr Al Fayed, for the official switching on of the lights.
Accompanying Dannii and Mr Al Fayed was another very special guest, ten year old Dominic, a patient of Great Ormond Street Hospital. Dominic was born with foetal alcohol syndrome which required major heart surgery and subsequent regular visits to the hospital. With your help Harrods can raise £300,000 to fund three bedrooms in the new kidney unit which will hugely improve the lives of Dominic, his fellow patients and their families.
