Customised ice cream
Our award-winning Italian gelateria can create flavours of ice cream and sorbet to your taste within 24 hours - whether strawberries and champagne, experimental flavours such as parmesan and pear or even mushroom sorbet. They only use natural ingredients, and can produce dairy-free options. £13.55 per litre plus the cost of ingredients.
Hampers and gift boxes
Harrods can create bespoke hampers and gift boxes to suit your personal tastes - to be delivered anywhere in the world (fresh foods UK only; conditions apply). If you're heading to a special event, we can tailor-make a fresh food picnic in a coolbag to pick up from the store in the morning you need it. There is also an extensive range of set-menu hampers all year round.
Personalised chocolates
Harrods can personalise chocolates with your photo or monogram on top. A perfect dinner party gift. Takes 10 working days.
Cake making and decorating
We can bake and decorate a cake exactly to your specifications. You provide ideas or a picture of what you would like produced - from a fairytale castle to a giant pork pie wedding cake - and our designers will model an edible masterpiece.
Menu creation
This free service helps you create the perfect menu - whether for an elaborate picnic in a wicker hamper; an afternoon tea of scones, finger sandwiches and fine teas; or a full-blown banquet with champagne reception and five courses. To complement, our Advisors can locate accompanying wines, as well as guide you with expert cooking and serving tips. We also produce special Burns Night and Christmas menus each year.
Wine appreciation
Our expert Wine Shop can give expert cellar advice and planning, create bespoke wine cases, and organise private tastings for you, as well as hosting wine tasting days and evenings in store.
Entertaining at Harrods
You can hire one of the store's most elaborate interiors for a private function - perhaps a cocktail reception in our world-famous Food Halls for more than 150 guests, a formal award ceremony or a sparkling dinner dance with sit-down meal for 450 guests in our stunning Georgian Restaurant. For smaller-scale daytime corporate entertainment, our Georgian Restaurant also provides an ideal setting for a business presentation over breakfast, with exclusive use until the store opens at 10am.
Food delivery
Have your Harrods groceries handily delivered anywhere within the M25 from Monday to Saturday. Our refrigerated vans offer a next-day delivery service for goods ordered before 3pm, with all food packed in Harrods boxes or bags. Restrictions apply.
Pharmacy
Harrods believe in all-over fitness. Our dedicated Pharmacy can fulfil prescriptions and sell medical and complementary therapy supplies, and also features on-site walk-in doctor and nutritionist who can deal with minor medical problems and test for food allergies.
Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm, Sunday 12 noon to 6pm.
