After travelling the world to gain wine-making experience, brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet set up their own domaine in 2005. In order to differentiate themselves from their father’s domaine, they have appended their mothers maiden name (Monnot). The brothers take a natural approach in the vineyard, limiting yields, and hand picking grapes. This results in top quality fruit with which to make some very impressive wines.
Tasting Note: Tight, young and structured wine with grapefruit, lemon and lime fruit characters on the nose. The palate is well defined with a good richness of fruit.
