Genever is a traditional Dutch spirit, and in fact the father of gin. Bols Genever is a new Genever, inspired by an historic recipe created by Bols in 1820. This revolutionary Genever with a subtle balance of flavourful maltwines and redistilled botanicals, fine-tuned with pure grain alcohol.
Tasting Note: Very floral on the nose, rose petals, and violets, as well as juniper. The palate is smooth and slightly sweet, and has a great deal of complexity with red cherries, roses, juniper and even malty flavours. This spirit is equally at home in a cocktail, as it is sipped on its own.
