Bond Estates was founded by William Harlan in 1997. These wines are made solely from Cabernet Sauvignon from single vineyard plots, with production limited to only 700 cases a year. These wines truly showcase the best of Napa's terroir and winemaking. These sought-after wines are very difficult to find in the UK, and Harrods is the only UK retailer that has the full Bond range.
Tasting Note: The nose reveals aromas of sweet spice, tobacco, and liquorice. This full bodied wine has lots of fruit intensity and is very rich. However, it has plenty of backbone, from the acidity and tannins to support plentiful luscious fruit. St Eden also offers an incredibly long finish. Although this wine is already drinking beautifully, it promises to improve further with age.
