Swiss vinegar house Baerg Marti is fast becoming a favourite of gourmand connoisseurs and haute cuisine chefs. Only the finest natural Swiss ingredients are used to make its collection of flavoured balsamic and white wine vinegars. Baerg Marti's vinegars are then matured in 30-litre barrique kegs on the Mutthorn, in the Bernese Alps, located 3,000 metres above sea level. The highest level of quality is guaranteed through rigorous testing by the Cantonal Food Control Department in Brunnen, Schwyz.
