The Darroze Armagnac adventure started in the 1950s when Jean Darroze opened his family restaurant in Villeneuve de Marsan, France. It wasn't until the beginning of the 1970s however, that his eldest son, Francis, decided to age eaux de vies in his own cellar. Over more than 30 years, the Darroze family collection grew and today amounts to an impressive 250 different Armagnacs coming from 30 properties and including more than 50 vintages.
