Established in 2009, artisan spirits label Sipsmith was the first copper-pot based distillery to be launched in London for 189 years. Using a copper pot called Prudence, master distiller Jared Brown handcrafts small batches of the brand’s signature vodka and gin. The results are intense, smooth and full of character, perfect paired with classic mixers or as the cornerstone of an exotic cocktail.
