TICKETS
- Tickets will go on sale from Tuesday 10th September 2013 (Booking dates are dependent on your Harrods Rewards card tier)
- You can only book one time-slot per Rewards card. A maximum of 10 tickets can be booked per time-slot.
- An administration fee of £10will be charged for each booking slot (not for each ticket).
- If you attend your Christmas Grotto booking, the administration fee will be refunded onto your Rewards card on the day of your booking and will be available for you to spend across the store (excluding in the Christmas Grotto shop) until Tuesday 31st December 2013.
- If you do not attend your Christmas Grotto booking, the £10 administration fee will not be refunded onto your Rewards card.

Only Harrods Rewards members can book Christmas Grotto tickets. The Christmas Grotto tickets can be booked from 9am on Wednesday 18th September 2013 however, existing customers who already joined Harrods Rewards before Friday 6th September 2013 will be given the opportunity to book their tickets prior to this date.
As only Harrods Rewards members can book tickets to Harrods Grotto 2013. You can Enrol & Register as a Rewards member online.

Tickets

Priority booking
Existing customers who registered for Harrods Rewards BEFORE Friday 6th September 2013 will be given the opportunity to book their tickets before Wednesday 18th September 2013.

Based on your Harrods Rewards card tier tickets are available from 9am, Tuesday 10th September 2013.

Standard booking
Customers who registered for Harrods Rewards AFTER Friday 6th September 2013 will be able to book their tickets from 9am on Wednesday 18th September 2013.

ENROL & REGISTER NOWPRIORITY BOOKING SCHEDULE
Harrods Rewards members, who are eligible for priority booking, will receive a notification email on the day they can start booking their tickets for the Christmas Grotto. This notification email will include a link to the Grotto booking website.
To check we have your correct email address please log in to your Harrods account, register your Rewards card and/or update your records.

How Can I Confirm Which Tier I Belong To?
Sign In to your online Rewards account, and go to 'My Account'. Your tier is written in the Harrods Rewards card summary. If you do not have an online Rewards account, Register now and you can enter your Rewards card number and confirm your tier.
