Erno Laszlo

Erno Laszlo, the skincare brand loved by Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and myriad Hollywood greats, is returning to Britain's beauty counters.

Launching in the Cosmetics Hall in Harrods on Monday 9th April and on harrods.com on Wednesday 11th April 2012, the Hollywood collection includes the Velvet Night Cream inspired by Greta Garbo and the Instant Eye Repair inspired by Ava Gardner.

Erno Laszlo, a Hungarian-born doctor who specialized in dermatology, founded the eponymous brand in 1927 after gaining fame for transforming the complexion of Princess Stephanie of Belgium. His clientele was a 'Who's Who' of royalty, society and Hollywood.

Dr. Laszlo's philosophy of creating tailor-made products specifically formulated to confront the signs of premature ageing, environmental hazards and the stress of a modern lifestyle has earned Erno Laszlo a legacy that continues to this day.
