Between Saturday 24th March and Sunday 29th April, the Gourmet Cookshop, Second Floor, will be holding a host of exclusive promotions to help you get to grips with this culinary skill.

Offering a range of free and ticketed events between, including masterclasses with top chefs Michel Roux and Mark Sargeant plus up to 20% off quality knife brands, this one-off event is not to be missed.

Japanese Cuisine consultant Kazuomi Ota will cook sushi for customers to sample.

An expert from Laguiole will hold a presentation on the brand's world-renowned French knives.

This private knife skills class is for just 10 customers. Tickets are £50 and redeemable on the day when a minimum purchase of £150 is spent on Zwilling and Miyabi.

Harrods' Food Halls will present new season lamb and show how important knife skills are to cut exceptional pieces of meat.

Demeyere chef Stefan Everaert will be sharing his skills.

Sunday 22nd April, 12pm - 6pm
An expert from the brand will discuss the benefits of ceramic knives.

MARK SARGEANT AND ZWILLING, MIYABI
Friday 27th April, 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Chef Mark Sargeant will demonstrate his knife skills while he cooks for customers. He will also be available to sign his book My Kind of Cooking.

Friday 27th April, 8.30pm - 10pm
This private knife skills class held by Mark Sargeant is for just 20 customers. Tickets are £80, £50 of which will be redeemable on the day when a minimum purchase of £150 is spent on Zwilling and Miyabi products.
