MARIA GRACHVOGEL
INSPIRATION: The precision and tailoring of the 1980s
MAKE-UP AND HAIR: James O’Riley’s bold, 80s inspired look was brought up to date with a moisture infused complexion. Skin was prepped for maximum hydration before a dewy foundation was applied for a fresh finish. A dark feline eye was painted using liquid liner, kohl pencil and this season’s favourite eye gloss in black (definitely our next purchase).
Nails came courtesy of Orly, and were polished to perfection in a warm earthy brown, especially picked to complement the collection.
L’Oreal’s Federico Ghezzi’s dual rolled up-do made a change to the ‘undone’ trend sweeping through AW13 beauty. This impressive style was fathomed after lengthy talks with the designer herself, and was sculpted with lots of backcombing and heavy duty texturizing products.
SPOTTED: A model desperately unravelling her coiled tendril locks before heading for a speedy hair wash at Somerset House (we guessed she’d come from Meadham Kirchhoff).
