I want to purchase a Harrods Gift Card. How can I do this?

You can purchase a Harrods Gift Card online or in-store at any till point.

To purchase you Gift Card online click here. You can load your Gift Card with any amount from £10 to £500.

Gift Cards of more than £500 can be purchased in-store at our Financial Services department, Fifth Floor. Gift Cards of up to £250 can be purchased at any till point in our Knightsbridge store.

How are Gift Cards presented on delivery?

Gift Cards are presented in a Harrods greeting card which features an image of the store. The card contains a standard greeting displaying the value of the Gift Card.

You can add your own personal message at checkout.

How much credit can I load onto a Gift Card?

Gift Cards up to the value of £500 can be purchased online. Gift Cards of more than £500 can be purchased in-store at our Financial Services department, Fifth Floor. Gift Cards up to the value of £250 can be purchased at any till point on the shop floor.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

You can check your balance at any time online and at any till point in-store.

Where can I spend my Gift Card?

Online at harrods.com and across Harrods Knightsbridge stores.

Regrettably, Gift Cards may not be redeemed at any of Harrods Airport stores or at Harrods Estates.

How do I pay online at harrods.com using a Gift Card?

You will be given the option to pay using a Gift Card at checkout.

You will need to enter

band pin code (in scratch-off panel on reverse of card).

If there is not sufficient balance on the Gift Card to cover the order total, you may pay the remainder using a credit/debit card or further Gift Cards. Up to 5 Gift Cards may be used in one order.

There isn't enough credit on my Gift Card to pay for the total order. How can I pay the remaining balance?

When the order total exceeds the balance of a Gift Card, you may pay the remainder with a credit/debit card or another Gift Card. Up to 5 Gift Cards may be used in one order.

Can I use more than one Gift Card to pay for an order online?

Yes. Up to 5 Gift Cards may be used in a single order. However, the total balance of a Gift Card will be used before a second payment method is requested in a single order.

Do Gift Cards have an expiry date?

Harrods Gift Cards will expire after 24 consecutive months of non-use. 'Use' in this context includes making a balance enquiry, which you may do at any time online.

After this date you can obtain a replacement card for the remaining value by visiting our Knightsbridge store and returning the old Harrods Gift Card.

Can I return items purchased with a Gift Card?

Yes. You can return products purchased with a Gift Card following our standard Returns Policy. A new Gift Card will be issued with the total refund amount and sent to you by post.

Can I use Gift Cards in Harrods Restaurants?

Yes. Gift Cards may be used as payment in any of our 30 in-store cafés and restaurants. Find out more about our restaurants here.

What do I do if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Harrods Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or theft and should be treated as cash. Please see terms and conditions on the back of the card.

Can I get a refund on a Harrods Gift Card?

No. Harrods Gift Cards are non-refundable. Please also note that remaining balances may not be converted to cash.

Can I send a Gift Card abroad?

Harrods Gift Cards may be sent abroad to any location within our delivery zones.

I haven't received my Gift Card. What should I do?

I am experiencing difficulty redeeming my Gift Card at harrods.com. What should I do?
