Riccardo Tisci's Autumn/Winter line-up for Givenchy was the ultimate hybrid of masculine and feminine...
"Givenchy was one of the strongest shows yet, showing a complete move from edgy to feminine and sophisticated."
Helen David, Harrods Fashion Director
In his AW14 collection, Riccardo Tisci paid homage to femininity and masculinity with a line-up of printed chiffon dresses in soft colours like moss and blush, juxtaposed by a series of monochrome suits featuring long, white blazers and black, mannish trousers. Nature is shaping up to be a strong trend for next season and Tisci's butterfly, flower petal, leopard and snake prints lead the way. Shearling took over outerwear, featuring as an accent on collars, peplums and sleeves of jackets. To conclude, the designer paraded stunning maxi dresses with jewelled bodices and sheer, pleated skirts, which are sure to be a hit on the red carpet.
Who we saw: Kim Kardashian's little sister, Kendall Jenner, modelling on the runway.
