The designer went to the dark side with his Autumn/Winter 2015 fashion show, presenting a host of Gothic looks with heavy metal accents. Sharp tailoring opened the show, with velvet-panelled tuxedo jackets and cuffed shorts teamed with chunky rubber-soled platform boots. Dresses and blazers came edged with metal studs, resembling piercings, which also found their way onto bowling bags, replaced buttons on double-breasted pea coats and even formed embroidery patterns on long satin coats. Forever inspired by the street, leather was in abundance, looking especially sleek as shell tops and culottes. Jeans came in a super-light wash and were worn with oversized fishermen sweaters or red check jackets for a Nineties throwback. For evening, the same studs appeared on ankle-grazing dresses, some sheer, some velvet, and fringed with more beading.

Who we saw: Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and baby North West.

What they wore: All black, of course.

In a nutshell: Back in black.
