This season, Veronica Etro combined her passion for fashion with her love of interiors to define the Autumn/Winter collection. Rich tapestries, luxurious upholstery and decorative wallpaper influenced the house's signature patterns on knife-pleat dresses and belted trouser suits. Just as prints were liberally mixed, so too were fabrics: velvet, jacquard, mohair, tweed, suede and leather came patched together on garments. Fur intarsias decorated the bottoms of coats and mink strips were inserted into jackets for an ultra-luxe, highly textural look. Eveningwear appeared as long-sleeve gowns, some plunging and one stand-out piece with sequins arranged in a trompe l'oeil manner to resemble a jacquard print. Accessories comprised wintry espadrilles, block-heel knee-high boots and oversized leather clutches folded into envelopes.

What they wore: A pale blue printed dress and a black bomber jacket.
