Markus Lupfer transformed London’s Carlton House Terrace into a secret winter garden, where spirited woodland arrangements, dainty suspended flowers and birch tree branches played host to a memorable AW15 collection. Fusing ladylike elegance with modern, sports luxe appeal, the collection saw bomber jackets and a floral camo parka paired with A-line midi skirts and panelled knits, while neat jacquard dresses came in playful squirrel and gnome patterns. Topped off in signature Markus Lupfer style with sequined beanie hats and flower power sunglasses designed in collaboration with Linda Farrow, each look was rounded off with glitter and jacquard trainers, proving flat shoes are still firmly on the agenda for the season ahead. In a nutshell: English rose meets urban street style.
