Staying true to its signature pretty aesthetic, Issa's SS15 collection presented an elegant mix of print, movement and colour. Drawing inspiration from 1950s Pop Art, the iconic running horses’ motif was reworked through ladylike printed dresses, T-shirts and culottes, appearing both literally or as an abstracted graphic ‘wobble’ impression. Lending a fresh spring feel, bouquets of daisies featured in both 2D and 3D designs, adorning lace dresses, organza tops and sheer panelled skirts, while ruffles and pleats complemented the fluid silhouette. For a modern contrast, luxe oversized trousers and jumpsuits provided a stylish play on proportions and added a laidback yet nonetheless glamorous touch. To finish, a vibrant spectrum saw monochrome sit alongside lavender, mango, nude and fuchsia - a palette that firmly cements itself in the new season.
