Emilio Pucci SS16
The lowdown: It was all systems change at Emilio Pucci as new Creative Director Massimo Giorgetti unveiled his first collection for the fashion house, following the departure of Peter Dundas (now at Roberto Cavalli). Gone was the high-octane glamour of Pucci's jet-setting socialites in favour of a more contemporary, urban girl who favours a looser, longer cut of dress (some were almost toga style) and a flatter pair of shoes (there were no teetering heels here). Prints, a Pucci staple, appeared as aquatic life or lush vegetation stamped on silk skirts or appliquéd on cobweb lace tops, while sequined dresses were layered over long-sleeve tees.
Who we saw: Elle UK's Fashion Director, Anne Marie Curtis
What they wore: Tailored separates and her usual chic crop
