Balmain Does Sibling Style

For their Autumn/Winter campaign, Balmain celebrates sibling style with a stellar line-up of pairings including; Bella and Gigi Hadid, Erika and Joan Smalls, Armando and Fernando Cabral, not to mention Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

The new season look was inspired by a moment during last season’s shoot. “While I watched Mario capture a kiss last fall, I was struck by the love and emotion that I was witnessing in front of me. Starting with a determination to once again focus on the beauty of an intimate connection, my team and I quickly concluded that a celebration of the unique and unconditional love of siblings is a natural progression from the spirit of last season,” says Oliver Rousteing, Balmain Creative Director.

And judging by their previous seasons, the brand is not new to pulling together compelling groupings of the über cool. Last season they brought together Adriana Lima, Joan Smalls, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Isabeli Fontana and Crista Cober.

"Oliver and I wanted to expose another intimate connection, this time between siblings. It builds off Balmain's notion of true unconditional love and family, and further shapes the Balmain army," says Pascal Dangin, KiDS Creative Director.

The Parisian collection features heavy beading, glittering embellishment and metallic colourways accented by colour-block brights.
