Health Coach and Get The Glow author Madeleine Shaw - our 2016 Harrods Health Ambassador - celebrates the launch of her second book, Ready, Steady, Glow, with a new healthy lunch range in the Harrods Food Halls.  We caught up with Madeleine to discover a few of her top tips on healthy eating...

On Her Harrods Food Halls Range…
“I’ve had such an amazing time creating my healthy menu for Harrods and its Food Halls. It’s so delicious, full of really lovely, healthy comfort food like my shepherd’s pie made with celeriac mash, lots of fresh veggies like a courgetti salad, plus lots of delicious guilt-free desserts such as my raw cheesecake.”

On Upping Superfoods In Your Diet…
“A great way to get superfoods into your diet is to put them in things you’re already eating, for example, adding a handful of kale into a smoothie, a teaspoon of turmeric into your almond milk in the morning, or if you’re not a fan of turmeric, try raw cacao - it’s full of antioxidants and makes it like a healthy hot chocolate.”

On How To Start The Day…
“The best way to start the day is with hydration, I’ll have a big glass of water, hit the mat and do some yoga, and then have a protein-packed breakfast like eggs or porridge loaded with nuts and seeds, and I’m ready for the day ahead.”

Pop into the Harrods Food Halls, First Floor, to try dishes including sticky Asian prawns with quinoa and peanuts, cauliflower cous cous with pistachio and apricots and sweet potato teriyaki salad from our takeaway lunch counter.
