Harrods offers a range of delivery options to suit your needs. All deliveries will require a signature.

Standard Orders will arrive within 3-5 days, Monday to Friday. This option is available 24/7. Mainland UK* £5.95 3 - 5 days
Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday will arrive the next working day. Orders placed before 3pm on Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday.

(Orders placed after these times will be dispatched within 2 working days)

  3. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  4. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Returns and cancellations

Returns

All clothing items purchased at harrods.com are accompanied by an attached returns tag. If you wish to return any unwanted item(s), please ensure this returns tag remains attached. Items which are returned to us with this tag removed may not be accepted and may be returned to you without refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return of any items will be subject to Harrods standard Terms and Conditions for online purchases. If you would like to discuss the return of any item, or have any further questions about our returns policy, please contact a member of our harrods.com Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1000* (UK Landline) or on +44 203 626 7020 (International/Mobile). UK Returns

Harrods offers free returns on all orders made using UK Standard, Next Day and Saturday deliveries. This excludes deliveries which incur a special delivery charge, deliveries from third party suppliers, large and bulky goods and furniture.

To return unsuitable purchase(s) free of charge, apply the free returns label enclosed within your delivery to your parcel and post the package at your Post Office. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

International Returns

Harrods does not offer free returns on international deliveries. To organise the return of your item/s, please contact a member of our harrods.com Customer Loyalty Team on 0333 300 1000* (UK Landline) or on +44 203 626 7020 (International/Mobile), or email us at help@harrods.com, and we will arrange for your returned item/s to be collected.

Cancel An Order

If you wish to cancel an order placed with Harrods, please return the confirmation email to us at help@harrods.com, stating your wish to cancel the order, or phone our harrods.com Customer Loyalty Team on:

If your order has already been dispatched, the item will have full return instructions in the parcel. Please be aware that for reasons of hygiene, certain items are non-returnable. For more information please refer to our online terms & conditions.

Return of any items will be subject to Harrods standard terms and conditions for online purchases.

Delivery to multiple addresses

Harrods now offers a multiple delivery option. If you wish to have items from a single order dispatched to different destinations, simply select the desired addresses when ordering. The only charge incurred for this service will be:

Please note that Harrods currently only delivers to the countries listed above.

We offer international delivery on the majority of our online and catalogue items, however exclusions include perfume, alcohol, electrical, crackers, items containing wood and items of a perishable nature. There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export.

In addition to the above exclusions, we are currently unable to send Hampers, Gift Boxes or food items to Australia and New Zealand, due to local Customs restrictions and charges.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance. Harrods.com cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

Please note that for International Delivery of all hampers, Named Day and Saturday Delivery is unavailable. The date selected during checkout is the shipping date; the arrival date is subject to Customs processing.

If you are paying for orders in GBP (£) Sterling, harrods.com cannot be held liable for any import duties payable and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

If you are paying for orders in your local currency, item prices will be inclusive of local duty and taxes.


For certain countries the carrier will require additional identification information:

Country Description
India Consignee is required to provide their Passport Copy/ Voter ID / PAN (Permanent Account Number) & Authorization Letter (POA) to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.
Korea, Republic of Consignee is required to provide their Customs Clearance Indigenous Code (CCIC) or personal identification number provide personal ID number to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.
Qatar Consignee is required to provide their Qatar ID or passport copy to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.
Saudi Arabia Consignee is required to provide their Saudi ID number (national ID number for Saudi nationals or residency permit number for expats) to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.

Return of any items delivered internationally will be subject to Harrods standard Terms and Conditions for online purchases.
