Plan Your Visit
The Future is Now
The doors to our Knightsbridge store have reopened and we can’t wait to welcome you back. Shopping in-store is a bit different now, but you’re in the right place to find out how we’ve made Harrods a safer place for everyone. We’ll be updating this page regularly, so keep checking back for the latest.
Reduced Opening Hours
We have reduced our opening hours to enable our colleagues to work in single-shift patterns, thereby reducing the number of people in-store each day.

Need to Know
How to navigate the store, which departments and services are available, and what new safety measures we’ve implemented – read on to find out the answers ahead of your visit.
All standard entrance doors are open, but we’re using various technologies to monitor the number of customers within the store to allow for social distancing. Once we’re at capacity, entrance doors will close until enough customers have exited to allow more in. Queuing is a possibility. If queuing is required, it will be looked after by the Harrods Security team. Social distancing champions are available throughout the store to offer support and advice. And lifts and escalators remain in operation, albeit at reduced capacity, to ensure the store remains accessible to all. We encourage customers to shop alone where possible. If shopping with children or in a group, please remain mindful of social distancing measures.
We've implemented new safety measures throughout the store – look out for helpful signs that will guide your journey while ensuring your safety.
