Pierre Péters is renowned for its Chardonnay-only Blanc de Blancs, sourcing base wines from the Maison’s ‘perpetual reserve’ to make up 75-80% of its Extra Brut edition. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, the Champagne is then aged on the lees for a minimum of three years before assemblage. As expected, it’s dry on the palate with a fine mousse finish and delicate bubbles.
