Due to customs and safety issues, the following products cannot be exported outside of the UK:
- Wood products
- Perishable items
- Beauty products
There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual products or restrictions on certain products dependent on the country of export. You will be notified about any products affected by this at checkout.
Products that cannot be exported from the UK are marked with a UK Delivery Only symbol.
Orders of Gift Cards are only available for UK delivery. These will be dispatched separately to the rest of your order and will be sent by Royal Mail (with estimated delivery times of 3-5 days).
Certain hampers cannot be delivered outside of the UK as they contain non-exportable products which are listed above. We are currently unable to send any hampers, gift boxes or food products to Australia and New Zealand, due to local customs restrictions and charges.
Exporting Exotic Skins And Fur
If the product(s) you are ordering contain(s) certain exotic animal skins or fur, and are being delivered outside of Europe, your delivery will take longer (by approximately 20 days on top of the destination's standard delivery time), as we have to obtain licences for the export and import of the products in accordance with international treaties.
Customs Duties And Identification Information
It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order. For illustrative purposes only, we have provided some examples of identification information required by certain countries.
|India||Consignee is required to provide their Passport Copy/ Voter ID/ PAN (Permanent Account Number) and Authorization Letter (POA) to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.|
|Korea, Republic of||Consignee is required to provide their Customs Clearance Indigenous Code (CCIC) or personal identification number provide personal ID number to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.|
|Qatar||Consignee is required to provide their Qatar ID or passport copy to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.|
|Saudi Arabia||Consignee is required to provide their Saudi ID number (national ID number for Saudi nationals or residency permit number for expatriates) to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.|
|China||For China we operate a service that imports the goods for you. You will not need to register as an importer.|
Certain countries may also require other certification or information in order for your order to be delivered, which again may delay your delivery (by approximately 7 days on top of the destination's standard delivery time). If we are unable to obtain the relevant documentation required for your delivery, we may need to cancel your order.
