Harrods Rewards FAQs

Every aspect of the Harrods Rewards programme has been designed to enhance your experience at Harrods – giving you special Rewards you’ll like and exceptional privileges you’ll love.

When you use your Harrods Rewards card, you’ll immediately begin earning Rewards points. You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent until you reach the higher levels of membership.

Each February, your points from the previous year will be converted into cash and automatically credited to your Rewards card. For every 500 points you’ve earned you’ll receive £5 to spend in-store.

Joining Harrods Rewards

How can I register for a Rewards card?
Please go to our Register page to sign up for a Harrods Rewards card and to register your details.

If you live in the UK, we will send you a welcome pack containing your Rewards card shortly after registration. If you are living overseas, you can collect your Rewards card in-store when you next visit us from the Rewards station on the Third Floor.

Your Rewards Account

How can I manage my account?
You can view and manage the details of your Rewards account by signing in to your online account using the same email address that you registered with.

How soon will my Rewards points be registered?
In most instances your Rewards points will be registered on to the system between 24 and 48 hours after your purchase.

How much are my Rewards points worth?
In February of each year, the cash equivalent of the Harrods Rewards points earned during the previous calendar year (1st January to 31st December) will be credited onto your Rewards account, with a value corresponding to £5 for every 500 Harrods Rewards points.

Can I redeem my points at any time?
Black tier members can choose to convert their Rewards points to a Cash Reward at any time online or by contacting our Customer Loyalty team using the phone numbers provided at the bottom of the page, or by visiting Harrods Rewards in-store on the Third Floor at least 48 hours in advance.

For all other tiers, your Cash Reward will be redeemed automatically on 1st February and can be used until 31st May in the same calendar year. The amount of your Cash Reward is determined by how many points you collected in the previous calendar year (1st January to 31st December).

How can I keep track of how many points I have earned?
We will send you quarterly statements telling you how many Rewards points you have earned to date. You can also check your points balance at any time by signing in to your online account.

How do I book my 10% day?
Eligible members can book their 10% day by signing in to your online account, contacting our Customer Loyalty team using the phone numbers provided at the bottom of the page, or by visiting Harrods Rewards in-store on the Third Floor.

How long do my points last?
If you have collected 500 Rewards points or more, your points will be converted into a Cash Reward and loaded onto your Rewards card on 1st February. If you have not reached 500 points, your points will carry forward to the following year for up to 12 months.

The Cash Reward will be valid only until 31st May in the year in which it is issued. Any remaining cash balance will expire and will not be converted back to points.

What should I do if I lose my Rewards card?
Please request a replacement card by signing in to your online account or by contacting our Customer Loyalty team using the phone numbers provided at the bottom of the page, or by visiting Harrods Rewards in-store on the Third Floor. We will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Who do I notify if my address changes?
You can update any of your personal details by signing in to your online account and clicking 'Change Personal Details', by contacting our Customer Loyalty team using the phone numbers provided at the bottom of the page or by visiting Harrods Rewards in-store on the Third Floor.

How can I leave the programme?
You can deactivate your account by contacting our Customer Loyalty team using the phone numbers provided at the bottom of the page, or by visiting Harrods Rewards in-store on the Third Floor.

Shopping With Your Rewards Card

What if I forget my Rewards card when I am shopping?
If you forget your card, please visit the Rewards Station in-store on the Third Floor to obtain a temporary Rewards card.

If I forget my Rewards card when I shop in-store, can I still get my points?
If you forget your card, please visit the Rewards Station on the Third Floor, making sure you have your receipts ready, along with proof of identification that corresponds to your Rewards account. Points will then be credited to your account for qualifying transactions, up to 30 days from day of purchase. Please note this service is only available for existing Harrods Rewards members.

What happens if I don’t spend enough in a year?
If your spending falls below that required for your existing level of membership, you will then revert to the level that matches your current spending. However, you will be upgraded again as soon as your spending goes back up to the relevant level.

How many tiers does the programme have?
The Harrods Rewards Programme has four tiers:

  • Green 1 Tier (up to £1,999)
  • Green 2 Tier (£2,000 to £4,999)
  • Gold Tier (£5,000 to £9,999)
  • Black Tier (£10,000 and over)

Your tier level depends on your spend from 1st January to 31st December.

As your spend increases, so do the services and benefits you can enjoy.

How long do I have to wait to be upgraded?
You will be upgraded within 48 hours of your spend value qualifying you for a higher level of membership. We will confirm this in writing or by email. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. Once confirmed you will then be entitled to enjoy all of the benefits this upgrade brings.

Rewards Benefits

Can I earn points on all of my purchases?
Points are earned on all qualifying purchases. Harrods qualifying purchases are all purchases made in Harrods Knightsbridge, Harrods UK airport shops and online, with the below exceptions on certain products and services:

Gift vouchers, gift cards, travellers cheques, prescription medicines, all flights, hotel and ancillary travel bookings (except packaged holidays), tobacco, delivery charges, gratuities, spend on banqueting facilities, all transactions at Harrods Estates, Gold Bullion and Safe Deposit departments.

Harrods may amend or add to these exclusions at any time at its discretion.

How many Rewards points can I earn for my purchases?
As a Harrods Rewards member, you will earn:

  • One point for every £1 spent up to £4,999 in each calendar year;
  • Two points for every £1 spent between £5,000 and £9,999 in each calendar year; and
  • Three points for every £1 spent from £10,000 upwards in each calendar year.

Mini Harrods

What is Mini Harrods?
Mini Harrods is our members club for children aged two to 10 and their parents. Mini Harrods unlocks exclusive offers, treats and benefits, and invites members to follow the adventures of our character Oska-Poska, the book-loving bear, and his friends.

How do I register for the Mini Harrods programme?
To register to Mini Harrods, you will need to have a Harrods Rewards card, be registered at harrods.com and have one or more children aged between two and 10 years old.

Use our online application form to register your details and your email address. This includes registering your details such as your Harrods Rewards card, and the age and gender of your child(ren).

We will then send you a welcome email to confirm your child’s membership providing full details of the club as well as fun activities for members to enjoy. Each child will be able to collect their welcome pack from the Rewards station on the Third Floor in-store.
