On occasion, however, manufacturing or other problems with products may occur or are brought to our attention.
The safety of our customers is our highest priority and we may therefore voluntarily choose to undertake a full product recall of such products as a precautionary measure.
If you have purchased products from Harrods that are listed below, we advise you to stop using them and would ask that you return them to the Harrods Knightsbridge store as soon as possible, where a full refund will be given. If this is not possible, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss alternative arrangements.

Reason For Recall:
Harrods aims to ensure the highest standards of quality and production are upheld for all merchandise sold within our store. However, Harrods regrets to advise that it has identified potential manufacturing problems with the above Kaemingk products. This issue affects the Lumineo white LED house string lights (3.8M-20L), Lumineo white LED wooden deer lights (2.2M-12L), Lumineo white LED pearl garland lights (1.95M-40L) and Lumineo white LED star string lights (1.9M-20L), as detailed above. It has come to our attention that due to manufacturing faults, these products may overheat and therefore present a potential fire hazard.
Whilst no customer incidents have been reported, the safety of our customers is our top priority and we are therefore voluntarily undertaking a product recall of the above products pending a full investigation.
Harrods advises customers who have purchased any of these products to stop using them immediately and return them to the Harrods Knightsbridge store as soon as possible where a full refund will be given. If customers are unable to return their product in-store, we ask that they contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
