Eight remarkable single malt whiskies make The Macallan Red Collection, created from some of the oldest, rarest casks in the world. Embodying The Macallan’s commitment to excellence and craftsmanship, The Macallan 73 Years Old is effervescent on the nose, with an intricate medley of apricot jam, antique oak, liquorice and treacle tart. On the palate, it’s sweet at first with dates and bittersweet treacle toffee, rounding off with soft tannins, subtle spice and a continued minerality through the finish.
