Until as recently as 2009, the ancient lineage of Ecuadorian cacao known as ‘Nacional’ was thought to be extinct. That is until geneticists discovered one of the last surviving groves, hidden away in the valley of Piedra de Plata. It’s this pure cacao that To’ak uses in its sensational chocolate, which is combined with the aromatic flavours of medicinal mints such as Peruvian muña, sunfo and yerbabuena in these four individually wrapped Andean Mint chocolate bars.
