What’s French for patisserie prodigy? Yann Couvreur, bien sûr. Emblematic fox by his side, the 36-year-old chef has made a name for himself as the ‘rising star in patisserie’. While innovative renditions of classic French desserts like the Paris-Brest have garnered critical acclaim, Couvreur’s three boutiques in Paris see queues form down the street. And now – for a limited time only – he’s hosting an exclusive pop-up at Harrods, taking over The Brompton Deli with a mouth-watering all-day menu. Expect freshly baked regional classics for breakfast, sharing plates and sandwiches for lunch and his signature Madagascan vanilla mille-feuille. You’ll also find some of his best-loved patisserie, including the fox-inspired Merveille, in the Roastery & Bake Hall on the Ground Floor.
