The finest seasonal produce prepared by a celebrated Michelin-starred master? That is exactly what you can expect from Jason Atherton’s latest offering in-store. The menu comprises a clever combination of hearty, locally-sourced foods from the best possible suppliers, all expertly prepared and layered with delicate flavours for added texture and depth. Each mouthful promises to be as exciting as the next.
 
As the chef behind world-renowned restaurant group, The Social Company, Atherton’s signatures will include Cumbrian beef tartare, seared tuna and Devon crab to start – plus, South coast halibut with cauliflower mash; Yorkshire beetroot salad with burrata; and Cumbrian cob chicken with black truffle. Not to mention some seriously indulgent desserts; think 82% chocolate tart, olive oil sponge with Amalfi lemon curd, or Tahitian vanilla crème brûlée with a Champagne and strawberry jus.
 
Wine lover? Atherton has personally curated a list with something for all tastes perfectly suited to dishes on the menu. And if you can’t find what you’re looking for, the restaurant invites you to buy a bottle from the conveniently located Fine Wine & Spirits department just opposite to enjoy with your meal. We’ve no doubt you’ll be back again and again – if only for *that* crème brûlée.
