Meet the Founders
Having worked at some of the world’s most prestigious gyms, the ID Fitness team Joe Taylor, Kyle Poleon and Nadine McCann bring an integrative and considered approach to fitness. “We believe everyone should move, feel, and look well,” says co-founder Joe. “Movement is transformational and we have developed a systemised framework to assess, coach, and monitor your progress to optimise your life.”
ID Fitness Treatment List
The assessment is your ideal starting point. Carried out by a senior coach, you will create your SMART training goals, measure your body fat percentage and have a pre-exercise movement screening in order to form your own personal ID Fitness Blueprint report.
Tucked away behind wooden panelled doors are state-of-the-art shower facilities, large changing rooms equipped with fluffy towels, hair dryers and straighteners and a powder room for make-up touch-ups post work-out. The facilities can be used when visiting for a variety of treatments, but are most popular with those dropping in for a personal training session with ID Fitness.
