Using artisanal methods and a traditional recipe that dates back to 1830, the British brand's American-style fudge is made with whipping cream instead of butter, giving it a velvety soft texture and a distinctive flavour. Once simmered in traditional copper pots, bubbling fudge is poured onto cool marble slabs and creamed with vast spatulas to ensure melt-in-the-mouth indulgence. A team of highly skilled cooks slab and loaf over 25 tonnes of fresh fudge annually, taking considerable pride and care in producing exceptional, mouth-watering confections.
