Jackson Boxer is the cook and restaurateur behind the critically acclaimed Brunswick House, St Leonards, Chess Club and the soon-to-be-opening Orasay. Food is in his blood, with an illustrious culinary heritage as the grandson of cookery writer Arabella Boxer and the son of Charlie Boxer, novelist and owner of Italo Deli in Vauxhall. Boxer is also an accomplished food writer, having penned articles for The Guardian and The Financial Times. He has also become a mainstay on the creative scene, hosting pop-ups for brands, gallery openings and album launches.
