Lower Ground & Ground Floor
The highly anticipated Beauty Hall is now open. After 4,776 hours of renovations (quite the makeover), the new space is home to 31 boutiques with exclusive brands, collections and products, found nowhere else. By mid-September, a new skincare-dedicated hall will open. Then in early 2020, discover a suite of treatment rooms and event spaces on the Lower Ground Floor, live-streaming masterclasses by top beauty experts around the world.
As part of the ongoing transformation, The Cosmetics Hall is closed for refurbishment from 17th June. In the meantime, find your favourite skincare brands relocated to The Apothecary Hall and The Colour Hall.
The Dining Hall, one of the four Harrods Food Halls, is now open with six new restaurants – The Fish Bar, The Grill, The Pasta Bar, The Sushi Bar, Kama by Vineet and The Wine Bar.
The Rolex boutique in Fine Watches will reopen on the Ground Floor in a new extended space on 4th July.
No scheduled construction works.
Continuing the transformation that will see our entire menswear offering housed on the Second Floor, Men's International Designer 2 is currently undergoing renovations, set to reopen in September. Meanwhile, check out our edit of brands in the newly opened Men's International Designer 1 on the Second Floor.
Our Home division on the Third Floor is in the process of being renovated. The Beds, Furniture, Home and Luxury Linens departments are now open, as well as our new fabric library, with more Home & Furniture departments opening in October. All brands under hoarding in this division continue to trade as usual on the Third Floor with the exception of Home Fragrance, Cookshop, Electrical and Entertaining, which will be based on the Second Floor until November.
No scheduled construction works.
The new Tech Rooms are here. Discover the Audio zone to experience the latest sound systems and headphones; brush up on your technical know-how with masterclasses in the Imaging zone; and trial innovations from the world’s tech giants in the Connectivity zone. This August, the Vision zone is set to open with a large-scale viewing auditorium.
Ongoing work to repair and protect the terracotta façade continues, with hoarding in place along the Brompton Road.
Repairs and updates to awnings along Basil Street and Hans Road continue, resulting in hoarding along these pavements.
These store changes are part of a four-year, £200m project that will see Harrods transformed into a retail experience like no other.
