Unwanted goods may be returned for an exchange or shopping credit if returned unused and in their original condition within 14 days and with proof of purchase. Please note that items can only be returned to Harrods Outlet.
Harrods Outlet Return Policy
Unwanted goods may be returned for an exchange or shopping credit if returned unused and in their original condition within 14 days with proof of purchase subject to the restrictions and exclusions below. Customers may also receive a refund on full-priced items, which will be provided against the original form of tender. Items can only be returned to the store from which they were originally purchased.
Refunds and exchanges on purchases made on an event day will be calculated at the reduced price.
Where a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.
The following items may not be returned: any bespoke or altered goods; any limited-edition items; any perishable goods (including food and beverages); any beauty products (including toiletries, cosmetics, fragrances); certain accessories (hosiery, millinery, scarves, pierced earrings, hair accessories); certain apparel (eveningwear, underwear, nightwear, swimwear); certain homewares (beds and bedding); exotic skins and fur items; and any other items designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
