Founded in 1932 by the esteemed skier Willy Bogner Sr. and his wife Maria Bogner, the brand first set up shop as an importer of ski goods and Norwegian knitwear, before branching out as a fully fledged label. Throughout, its commitment to quality and innovation has endured. Bogner’s accolades are many – from its revolutionary invention of stretching, stirrup ski trousers in 1948 to outfitting the national German team during the Winter Olympics – and have only spurred the outerwear legend on.
