What changes have been made to the Rewards programme?

The Harrods Rewards programme has had a refresh; as of 12th of October 2023, Green tier 1 is now called 'Green tier', and Green tier 2 is now called 'Bronze tier'.

Why am I now Bronze tier?

After the recent update to our Rewards programme, Green tier 2 has been renamed to Bronze tier. Please note that this change has no impact on your accumulated Rewards points or tier benefits.

Do your Rewards benefits remain the same following the refresh?

Yes, your Rewards benefits will remain the same, only selected tier names have changed. For more information on your Rewards benefits, visit our Harrods Rewards page.

What is Harrods Rewards?

We're glad you asked. Harrods Rewards is our loyalty programme offering you the best of Harrods, plus exclusive perks, points and access. We have four membership levels: Green, Bronze, Gold and Black. The more time you experience with Harrods, the more benefits you unlock. Every time you spend with us, from shopping in-store and online to dining in our restaurants or indulging in our in-store services like beauty treatments, you'll earn Rewards points. Once you've earned 500 points, you'll be able to redeem these against future purchases in-store. 500 points = £5, so the more you spend, the more you'll be able to redeem on the things you love. You can redeem your points, in-store in Knightsbridge, at our H beauty locations or through our Personal Shopping Service. You aren't able to redeem points online at Harrods.com. As well as points, you'll gain access to a whole range of perks, from an inspiring copy of Harrods magazine delivered to your door to bonus discount days and free car parking. How can I register for Harrods Rewards?

Joining Harrods Rewards is quick and easy, and we'd love to have you with us. Simply visit our registration page, complete the form and we'll send you an email with all your account details. Click the link to confirm your registration and you're ready to start earning those wonderful points.

How do I download my digital card?

A digital Rewards card is the easiest way to earn points in-store. You can download your digital card to your digital wallet by logging into your online account or visiting the Rewards section of the Harrods app. Don't have an online account? Create one today using your existing Rewards card number.

When will I need to complete 2-Factor Authentication and where will I receive my code?

You will need to complete 2-Factor Authentication when adding a mobile number, or when making any changes to your email address, password, or mobile number. A code will be sent as a text to your mobile number if there is one saved to your account. If you do not have a mobile number saved, your code will be sent to your email address.

I no longer have access to the mobile number/email address linked to my account. How can I update the details in my account?

If you are unable to access either your mobile number or email address, please contact our Customer Service Team to update your account.

I am trying to add a mobile number to my account but am receiving an error message. What should I do?

If you are receiving an error message when adding a mobile number, please check the number being used - it will need to be a unique mobile number that is not currently being used on another account. Please also check that you are entering your number in the correct format.

I am receiving an error message when inputting my 6-digit verification code. What should I do?

Please ensure you are inputting the correct verification code into the box. If the error message persists, please request for a new code to be sent to your chosen communication method.

What happens if I lose my plastic Rewards card?

Lost your card? No worries! If your plastic Rewards card has gone on an adventure of its own, fear not. Download your digital card instantly and continue your journey without skipping a beat. Download here and your digital card will be at your fingertips. No replacement cards needed – just the magic of digital convenience.

How can I collect points with Harrods Rewards?

You can earn points in every corner of the wonderful world of Harrods. From shopping in our Knightsbridge, H beauty and UK airport outlets, to dining in our restaurants or making the most of our in-store services like beauty treatments, as well as via our Personal Shopping service. You can also earn Rewards points when shopping online or on the Harrods app, just make sure you've got an online account and are logged in. Please note: Rewards points cannot be earned when redeeming your points to pay for a purchase. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

When will I see my points in my account?

We know you can't wait to see those points totting up. Usually, Harrods Rewards points will be added to your account within 24 hours of your in-store spend. For online orders, your points will be available once your order has been dispatched. Points earned with Harrods’ events and promotions, there's a chance these may take a little longer to be added. In these instances, please refer to the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

How can I spend my Rewards points?

You've got your hard-earned points, now the fun part starts. You can redeem points against any qualifying purchase in Harrods or H beauty stores, simply scan your card at the till. You're able to redeem points in increments of £5, or for the total value of your basket. Unfortunately, you are not able to redeem points online at Harrods.com or on the Harrods app.

How do I manage my Harrods Rewards account?

You can view and manage the details of your Rewards account by signing in to your online account or by downloading the Harrods app .

I have a Harrods Rewards card but have never shopped online at harrods.com before. How do I make sure the points I get from shopping online are added to my Rewards card?

Simply go to our registration page and fill in your details. When asked if you would like to join Harrods Rewards, select 'I'm already a Member' and enter your 16-digit Harrods Rewards card number before completing.

Can I redeem my points with Personal Shopping?

Yes, your Personal Shopper will support you in how to redeem your points. This can be processed to tender your order either in full or in part. You can also earn points with Personal Shopping.

What if I forget my Rewards card when I am shopping?

Don't have your physical card? No problem. Thanks to the wonders of digital, you can now download your Rewards card straight to your digital wallet . Forgotten your phone? Don't worry, visit our friendly Customer Service team on the Third Floor.

When do my points expire?

Rewards points remain active on your account for two years. Due to the changes we have made to the Rewards programme, no points will expire until at least 31st December 2024. If you are opted into our marketing, you will receive notification of any points due to expire ahead of this taking place.

When will my Rewards tier be upgraded?

The best part of Rewards is that the more you experience with us, the more your benefits grow, and who doesn't love an upgrade? Once you've reached the next spend threshold, your account will be automatically be upgraded to a higher tier: Green tier: Spend up to £1,999 a year Bronze tier: Spend £2,000 to £4,999 a year Gold tier: Spend £5,000 to £9,999 a year Black tier: Spend £10,000 and above a year. Make sure you've opted into our marketing communications to get an update once you've hit the next tier.

Why has my membership tier changed?

As with anything in life, there are ups and downs. Hit the spend threshold for the next tier? You'll be moving on up. Haven't spent as much time with us this year? Your membership tier will move back one tier. Your membership depends on your spend from 1st January to 31st December, so you've got a whole year to rack up those points.

How do I book a personal 10% day?

Our Black- and Gold-tier customers are able to nominate two 10% days per year. To book your 10% day, sign in to your online account and make a request, or contact our Customer Service team. Please book your 10% day in the GMT timezone at the time you wish to shop. Please note: There may be a 30-60 minute delay between booking and redeeming your personal 10% day in-store.

Where can I use my personal 10% day?

Personal 10% days can be redeemed in-store at Harrods Knightsbridge, at H beauty stores and online at harrods.com.

Can I get 10% off all departments and brands?

Almost all our brands participate in 10% days. However, a number of departments are excluded from discount days including (but not limited to): Fine Jewellery and Watches, Food Halls, Restaurants and Cafes, Hair & Beauty Salon, Drybar, Wellness Clinic, Furniture orders, Halcyon Gallery, Gift Cards, Abercrombie & Kent Private Travel, as well as a number of individual brands. Can I nominate a 10% day for my Personal Shopping order?

You can! Make the Harrods Sale even sweeter by using your personal 10% day to receive even more discount.

How many people can I have on a family account?

Family accounts can have up to a maximum of five people at any one time.

Can I move points between family account Rewards cards?

Want to share points with your family? We've got you covered. Rewards points can be moved between family accounts, simply contact Customer Service to arrange.

How do I leave a family account?

Please contact our Customer Service team, and they can assist in removing you from the account. If the primary account holder wants to leave the account, they will need to nominate a new primary account holder.

How is my family account Rewards tier calculated?

The family who spends together, earns together. With a family account, your Rewards tier is based on the spend of all Rewards members, so it really does pay to stick together.

How can I leave the Harrods Rewards programme?

You can close your account by contacting our Customer Service department or by visiting our Customer Service team in-store on the Third Floor.

What benefits do I get with the Harrods American Express card?

Black or Gold tier member? How can I apply for the Harrods American Express card?

Only Gold or Black Tier Harrods Rewards members are eligible to apply for the Harrods American Express card. Application is by invitation only, approval is subject to status, and certain exclusions and terms apply. Customers can enquire and be recommended by Customer Service if they are eligible. Please note: the Harrods American Express card is a charge card and an annual fee of £195 applies. Please contact Customer Service to find out more.

I receive mail from Harrods. How can I stop this?

We understand, times have changed and maybe post isn't the best way for us to reach you anymore. Luckily you can sign into your online account and update your communication preferences at any time.

Why has my Cash Rewards balance been converted back to Rewards points?

We've made things simple. You no longer need to convert your Rewards points to Cash Rewards to redeem in-store. Your Rewards points are ready and waiting, simply scan or swipe your card at the till. Any previous Cash Rewards have been converted back to points and Cash balances will no longer be displayed. For every £5 of Cash Rewards you held previously, you will now have an additional 500 points added to your balance.

Why can I no longer see my Cash Rewards balance?

You no longer have a Cash Rewards balance, but don't worry, it's now been converted to instantly redeemable points. You can see your redeemable points balance on the My Account page at Harrods.com, or on the Harrods app. You can also ask for your points balance at any till in Harrods or H beauty.

MyBeauty is a subprogramme from Harrods Rewards and is the hub for all things beauty at Harrods. Members can expect to receive special bonus point offers and discounts on beauty throughout the year, access to exclusive events as well as a first look on hot new products.

How do I become a MyBeauty member?

You must be a Harrods Rewards member to join MyBeauty. If you are not already a member of Harrods Rewards, you can register today! Once signed in, you will be able to join MyBeauty by selecting ‘Join Now’ under the MyBeauty tab.

Where can I earn and receive MyBeauty benefits?

You can earn and receive MyBeauty benefits when you shop Beauty using your Rewards card in our Knightsbridge store (Beauty Halls, Hair & Beauty Salon, DryBar, Beauty Suites), online and at all of our H beauty stores.

Will I receive a MyBeauty card?

When you join MyBeauty, you will not receive a new membership card and your Rewards card number will remain the same. Simply sign in to view or download your card, or visit the Rewards section on the Harrods app. You will receive a MyBeauty flag on your digital card, you may need to download your card again to view. Be sure to scan your Rewards card whenever you shop beauty to earn and receive MyBeauty benefits.

How can I opt out of MyBeauty?

Members can opt-out of the MyBeauty programme on their online account. Any points you have earned so far will remain on your Rewards account until they reach their expiry date.
