    Following the updated Government guidelines, we are pleased to reopen selected Harrods restaurants from Saturday 4th July.  

    The Harrods Brasserie, Dining Hall (all six restaurants), Baccarat Bar, Tiffany Blue Box Cafe, Pizzeria, Chai Wu, The Coffee Bar and Yann Couvreur are now open. All other Harrods restaurants remain closed until further notice. Harrods Roast & Bake located on Basil Street remains open for takeaway services only. 

    We invite customers to make reservations – you can book online via our individual restaurant pages, or contact our restaurant reservations team on +44 (0)20 7225 6800 or [email protected]. Our reservations telephone line is open from 9am–5pm, seven days a week. In line with government guidance, from Monday 14th September we cannot take reservations for groups of more than 6 people.

    Diner Contact Details  
    In line with the Government advice, all guests will be asked to provide their first and last names as well as a contact number and/or email address to assist the Government’s Track and Trace scheme. This information will be entered into the Harrods OpenTable booking platform during online reservations, or will be entered directly into Harrods OpenTable by the restaurant host upon your arrival. Please refer to the Harrods Privacy Policy at and the booking platform’s privacy policy for further details.

    For the Dining Hall restaurants, where host stations are unavailable, diners will be asked to complete their information on the tick box menu used for ordering. Harrods will provide fully sanitised pens for customers, or customers are welcome to use their own. The information provided will be entered into the OpenTable portal and hard copies will be destroyed.  

    Harrods reserves the right to deny service to customers who refuse to share contact details.
