To craft the Open Course collection single malt whisky, Loch Lomond’s master distiller Michael Henry combines whisky from the distillery’s unique straight-neck pot stills and traditional swan-neck stills. Aged in organic American oak casks, the resulting dram has notes of fruit, honey and soft smoke.
