Nicholas Kirkwood

Challenging the conventions of luxury footwear since the establishment in 2005 of his eponymous label, multi-award-winning British shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood uses traditional techniques to create shoes with a strikingly modern vision. After achieving degrees from the prestigious Central Saint Martins and Cordwainers College, Kirkwood started with a covetable women’s collection and has more recently expanded the brand to include a men’s collection, both garnering international recognition and an unwavering fan base. In addition to his own brand, Kirkwood has collaborated with a roll call of designers from Rodarte and Peter Pilotto to Erdem and Paco Rabanne. Designing with an architecturally-inspired, sculptural aesthetic has seen Nicholas Kirkwood a brand synonymous with statement footwear.
