Harrods Rewards is a loyalty scheme that has four membership levels: Green, Green 2, Gold and Black. As a Rewards member, you will earn points as you spend, giving you exclusive access to an array of benefits. You can redeem your points for a cash equivalent (‘Cash Reward’) at any time by logging into your account online. For every 500 points you earn, you receive £5 to spend in-store.

How do I download my digital card?
Click here to download your card, or visit the Rewards section on the Harrods app to view your card.
If you’re already a Rewards member with an online account, simply sign in to download your card.
If you’re an existing Rewards member but don’t have an online account, enter your details to create an account and register your Rewards card number. Don’t worry if you don’t know your card number – you can send yourself a reminder during the sign-up process.
If you’re new to Harrods Rewards, you can register as a member and download your card instantly.
What happens if I lose my plastic Rewards card?
If you have lost your plastic Rewards card, you can download the digital card instantly and use this in exactly the same way – you don’t need to get a replacement plastic card. If you still require a plastic card, you can call Customer Service or visit the team on the Third Floor in-store.
Can I still use my plastic Rewards card?
Yes, Harrods will continue to support both plastic and digital Rewards cards.
I don’t have a smart phone
Don’t worry, you can still use your plastic Rewards card, or you can request one from Customer Service.
Why do I have an online account now?
When you register for a digital Rewards card, you need to create an online account. Once you have verified your email address, you can sign into your account to manage marketing preferences, check your Rewards statement, and convert your points into Cash Rewards.
I can't access my card and I have an online account
Make sure you are using the same login details linked to your Rewards account. You may have registered your online account with a different email address, so try using an alternative email address, if you have one. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it during the sign-up process. If you still need help, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
I can't access my card and I do not have an online account
To view your digital Rewards card, you will need to link your card number to an online account. Simply select ‘Register your Rewards card with harrods.com’ and enter your existing card member on the registration form. If you don’t know your Rewards card number, you will be able to send yourself a reminder to the email address you’re registered with. Make sure you are entering your correct Rewards details when you sign up for an online account. If you are having difficulties, try using an alternative email address if you have one – your Rewards account may be registered under a different email address. If you still need help, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
I have downloaded a digital Rewards card, but my account information looks different
If anything about your account does not seem right, such as your points balance or tier, please contact Customer Service. You might have created two accounts and downloaded the card to an older account. Our Customer Service team will be able to merge the accounts for you.
Why can I not find the Rewards card in my Harrods app?
Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Harrods app. If you still cannot see it, please contact our Customer Service team who can assist.
Rewards points are earned on all products and selected services purchased online, in our Knightsbridge store and in our UK airport outlets.
Typically, Harrods Rewards points will be added to your account within 24 hours of a purchase. However, points earned in connection with Harrods’ events and promotions may take longer to be added. In these instances, please refer to the promotion’s Terms & Conditions.
Sign in to your account or register your card and select ‘Anytime Points Redemption’. Your Cash Reward will be available for you to spend in-store within 48 hours of redemption. You can convert points in multiples of 500. This means that with a points balance of 1,750 points, you can convert 1,500 points to receive a £15 Cash Reward. This would leave you with a remaining points balance of 250 points on your account.
You can spend your Cash Reward in our Knightsbridge store. Cash Rewards cannot be spent online, in the Harrods Outlet, Airports or H Café.
Once redeemed, your balance will expire after two years. We will send you reminders if the expiry date is approaching. Just make sure that you are signed up to receive communications from us, and we will let you know.
If your spend value reaches the required amount, your account will be upgraded to a higher tier. This will take no more than 24 hours to be actioned, and we will email you to let you know when it is done.
Your membership depends on your annual spend from 1st January to 31st December. We will review your membership at the end of each year to determine whether you will stay at the same level, upgrade or move down a tier.
Unfortunately, 10% days are an exclusive benefit for our Black and Gold Rewards members that can only be used in-store. However, our 10% Rewards Weekend promotion, which is open to all members, is applicable in-store and online.
Most brands participate in 10% days. However, certain services, products and departments are excluded. These include, but are not limited to, Furniture, Fine Jewellery, Fine Watches, Food Halls, Gift Cards, restaurants, other in-store services such as Hair & Beauty and some fashion brands.
Rewards Members' current tier status will be extended to 31 December 2021, regardless of how many points have been earned in 2020. Rewards Members can still earn points and receive tier upgrades throughout this time.
