You will be paired with a dedicated store expert based in Knightsbridge – your virtual concierge, who will assist you with any purchases you may be considering.
Exclusive to our most loyal Rewards customers, you will receive access to designers and brands not available online. You’ll be able to earn Rewards points, redeem Cash Rewards and book your nominated 10% days.
How Does It Work?
Click the link below to send us an email with some requirements – such as your preferred language and departments of interest – and we’ll connect you with one of our team. From there your concierge will contact you on whichever platform you prefer, whether that’s sending photos of items in-store via WhatsApp or taking you round a department on a video call. Of course, a traditional phone call is always welcome too.
Terms of Service
A member of our team will personally contact you via email or phone to discuss your preferred mode of communication and arrange a time to begin the remote shopping experience.
