Located within Fine Watches on the Lower Ground Floor, our Rolex Authorised Service Centre boasts an in-house workshop and a dedicated team who are on hand to assist clients with luxury watch repairs every day of the week. Rolex Servicing Procedure

Harrods are authorised to receive your Rolex watch for servicing. Your watch is carefully examined by a watchmaker, who draws up an estimate of the work to be done. Once the estimate is approved, the servicing begins.

How do I book an appointment?

How long does a watch repair or full service take?
From consultation to completion, a full service typically takes from eight to ten weeks, depending on the level of work required and the complexity of the movement. Our in-house specialists liaise directly with brands, providing you with a competitive quote informed by the needs of your watch. Once the service is complete, we arrange for the safe transport of your timepiece from the brand back to Harrods.

What about my Rolex?
As an Official Rolex Retailer, our certified in-house workshop can service the majority of Rolex movements, adhering to the Rolex Servicing Procedure and providing a Rolex global warranty upon completion. Our skilled artisans offer a comprehensive service that spans from a simple tune-up to a full restoration and polish. An assessment and quote can be provided within 48 hours.

How much do the services cost?
Services are quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type and level of servicing required. Before every service, your watch will be assessed, and you will receive an estimated quote for your approval.
