If you change your mind about your order, you can send it back to us using our free returns service. Whether you’d like to book a collection with one of our couriers or drop off your parcel at a location that best suits you, our returns process is quick and efficient. You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.
Returning your order has never been easier. To prepare your return, pack the unwanted items and simply attach the pre-paid label onto the front of the parcel. Next, choose from one of the following returns options:
1. Complimentary Collection
You may book a complimentary collection for your return by signing into your account and selecting ‘Orders & Returns’ to start the process. If you don’t have an account, head to harrods.com/returns and select the items you would like to return using our ‘pick-up’ service.
2. Drop-Off Service
Online orders may also be returned free of charge at any DHL Service Point.
Sign into your account and click on ‘Orders & Returns’ to select the items you would like to return using our ‘drop-off’ service.

3. Return to our Knightsbridge Store
To return your order at our Knightsbridge store, visit our Customer Service team on the Third Floor. Please note: refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Click & Collect
You may return items to your nearest Click & Collect location. Please note your refund will be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
Any item that has been personalised cannot be returned for a refund, unless it is faulty. For more information or assistance on returning customised products, please contact our Customer Service team.
After booking your online return, you need to fill in a returns invoice. You should find a returns invoice inside your parcel. On it, mark the items, including the quantities, being sent back to us. Make sure you sign and date this invoice to confirm your return. Include your returns invoice in the original parcel and leave it unsealed so our courier can double-check the contents.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven days to reach your account after your return has been processed. We understand that your money matters, and that’s why we promise to keep you updated at every step, so you will know when the refund is on its way.
You can also check your parcel’s delivery status with our carrier. To do so, use the tracking number on your returns label. For a swift refund, please ensure that all items meet the conditions of our Returns Policy.
We offer a free returns service for all orders shipped to the UK or worldwide. Please note: the original delivery charges will not be included in your refund.
If duties have been paid at the Checkout, we can refund these charges to you directly. However, if your duties and taxes were paid at your delivery destination, these charges are non-refundable through Harrods. Please note: you may be able to claim these charges back by contacting your local Customs office.
While we take great care to pack your parcel with precision, on a rare occasion we may send the wrong item by mistake. If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team to resolve the issue.
