If you are having trouble connecting to our Wifi, this may be due to interference with the Wifi signal. You might try moving to a different area of the store for a stronger connection. Alternatively, try ‘forgetting’ the network, turning Wifi on and off, or restarting your device.

What measures have been introduced to ensure Valet Parking at Harrods is safe?
We have introduced significant measures to ensure that all vehicles will be parked safely.
All Harrods Car Parking Attendants will be wearing face coverings.
Our Car Parking Attendants adhere to government guidelines on social distancing and sanitisation practises. All vehicles will undergo a thorough sanitisation clean before the vehicle is parked and a second clean before it is handed back over to you upon collection.
Whilst your car is parked in the Harrods Car Park, all windows will be left open to ensure there is regular airflow through the vehicle.
Once you have left your vehicle the Car Parking Attendant will sanitise their hands and fit the driver seat with a chair cover.
We will sanitise all the touchpoints in the vehicle and remove the seat cover before returning it to you.
Is there anything I will be required to do differently?
We politely ask customers to open all windows to keep their vehicle well ventilated before they arrive at the Car Park. The vehicle should be ventilated for ten minutes prior to the Car Parking Attendant entering the vehicle for parking. We also ask that customers turn off their air-con/heating in the car before they exit the vehicle.
Customers will be given virucidal disinfectant wipes upon entrance and are politely asked to sanitise all likely touchpoints and keys. This will ensure that our colleagues are safe to enter your vehicle.
We have adopted social distancing measures with 2m navigational markers on the floor to guide you safely through the Car Park reception.
We will place your parking ticket on your dashboard and recommend you photograph this for your reference. We can then remove the ticket before handing your vehicle back over to you.
Monday to Saturday10.30am–7.30pm
We do not offer overnight parking. Please note: the car park cannot accommodate motorbikes or electric scooters.
Kensington and Chelsea Council provides parking spaces for disabled permit holders on Basil Street, to the rear of the store. To find Basil Street using your mobile device, please enter the postal code SW3 1BA into your mobile device.
