I want to purchase a Harrods Gift Card. How can I do this?

You can purchase a Harrods Gift Card online or in-store at any till point. For amounts over £500 please visit the Harrods Concierge on the Second Floor.

To purchase your Gift Card online click here. You can load your Gift Card with any amount from £10 to £500.

Gift Cards for any value can be purchased online. 

How are Gift Cards presented on delivery?

Gift Cards are presented in a Harrods greeting card which features an image of the store. The card contains a standard greeting displaying the value of the Gift Card.

You can add your own personal message at checkout.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

You can check your balance at any time online and at any till point in-store.

Where can I spend my Gift Card?

Online at harrods.com and across Harrods Knightsbridge stores.

Regrettably, Gift Cards may not be redeemed at any of Harrods Airport stores or at Harrods Estates.

How do I pay online at harrods.com using a Gift Card?

You will be given the option to pay using a Gift Card at checkout.

You will need to enter
A. Your Gift Card number (on reverse of card)
B. Your pin code (in scratch-off panel on reverse of card).

There isn't enough credit on my Gift Card to pay for the total order. How can I pay the remaining balance?

If there is not a sufficient balance on the Gift Card to cover the total order, you may pay the remainder using a credit/debit card or further Gift Cards. Up to five Gift Cards may be used in one order.

Please note that the total balance of a Gift Card will be used before a second payment method is requested in a single order.

Can I use more than one Gift Card to pay for an order online?

Yes. Up to five Gift Cards may be used in a single order. However, the total balance of a Gift Card will be used before a second payment method is requested in a single order.

Do Gift Cards have an expiry date?

Harrods Gift Cards will expire after 24 consecutive months of non-use. 'Use' in this context includes making a balance enquiry, which you may do at any time online.

After this date you can obtain a replacement card for the remaining value by contacting the harrods.com Customer Service team on 0333 300 1000 (UK Landline) or +44 203 626 7020 (mobile/international), or by visiting our Knightsbridge store.

Can I return items purchased with a Gift Card?

Yes. You can return products purchased with a Gift Card following our standard Returns Policy. A new Gift Card will be issued with the total refund amount and sent to you by post.

Can I use Gift Cards in Harrods Restaurants?

Yes. Gift Cards may be used as payment in any of our in-store cafés and restaurants. Find out more about our restaurants here.

What do I do if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Can I get a refund on a Harrods Gift Card?

No. Harrods Gift Cards are non-refundable. Please also note that remaining balances may not be converted to cash.

Can I send a Gift Card abroad?

Harrods Gift Cards may be sent abroad to any location within our delivery zones. We do not charge for delivery, this is a free service.

Please note, however, that export restrictions apply on certain products featured on harrods.com. If a product is not exportable, this will be stated in the product description online. Click here for more information on exportability restrictions.

I haven't received my Gift Card. What should I do?
